First off, of course, was my weigh-in - slightly more than yesterday, but not by much - 132.6 pounds. That is really great, to have maintained the loss. I suspect I will plateau there for a few days at least.
As usual, there is no way I could face meltdown first off. Anyway, my son is still sleeping in the room next to the computer and he would not appreciate being woken to the beat of meltdown. My shower helps me warm up from overnight stiffness, so much as I prefer to shower after exercise, I did ICP after the shower. It was not too hot here this morning, so I did not really sweat too much.
Readings are certainly improving:
2 m 10.5 2m 19.4 2m 55.3 2m 50.5s
2m 7.4 2m 15.4 2m 39.5 2m 50.8s

I was also feeling much less tight across the chest while doing the pushups.
Breakfast was greek yoghurt, muesli, nectarine and banana.
After reading many comments, I decided I could not put meltdown off for much longer. Well, improvements again, with sweating and increased heart rate.

Lunch was smoked salmon, tomato, spinach leaves, spring onion and red capsicum.
I was really tired in the afternoon and had a good sleep. After getting up, it seemed like a good time to do the cardio, while my husband was not listening to ABC Classic FM in our bedroom. Yes, it was the Wii again that is attached to our bedroom TV. Ten minutes of jogging on the spot and it was faster than the same program two days ago. I raised quite a sweat.
Dinner was a stir fry of zucchini, onion, red capsicum, tomato with steamed broccoli, carrots and walnuts. Also a bit of chicken and a few chips, courtesy of my son.
Finally, it was time for Power Circuit, this time with 40 reps and 11 walkouts. Quite tiring.
